In order to issue an accurate soft quotation we do need the DETAILED buyers letter of lntent (LOI) If you are a broker please inform us if the target price includes / not includes commission and the required size of your commission.
We are ready to issue the FCO. Because we strongly believes in genuine business it would be a waste of productive time for our company if the buying client are not of a genuine nature.
Procedures:
1. Buyer's issues LOI
2. Seller's issues FCO
3. Buyer's sends back signed / sealed FCO and issues ICPO
4. Buyer's bank issues BCL to seller's bank
5. Seller's bank issues POP to buyer's bank
6. Seller's issues draft contract
7. Buyer's bank issues L/ C to seller's bank
